Have not been running for quite sometime. Went for a Taiwan tour from 26-Dec to 3-Jan. Started running again today at East Coast for about 10km.
Forgotten to bring my Garmin heart rate and speed monitoring watch. Felt sort of a bit "naked" without the device as I am running but not knowing my speed, heart rate or distance covered.
Find the run a bit tiring after such a long break of not running. But am glad to be running again !
