Four AMK Hot-Runners turned up today to run together and shared information. I was still having heel pain. Still went to meet up with the others but did not run today.The sleeveless white T-shirt guy, HT has done a full marathon before. He is joining the OSIM triathlon this Saturday.
The red T-shirt guy, YS is really a PRO in running. He is very knowledgeble on running. He runs very well and fast. Can get a lot of good running tips from him.
The 3rd guy Zi Jing who wore the T-shirt with sleeves joined the team for the first time. Welcome and have fun !
