Did 5km run at the gym

Was checking on the internet for Half-Marathon training program to see how much or how little we should train on this final week prior to this Sunday Half Marathon event. Most website says to run not more than 6km on Tue and Thu, rest on Wed, Fri and Sat. Or to do 20 minutes of walking on Fri and Sat.

Went to gym and did a 5km run today... at 10km/hr for first half and 10.5km/hr for second half. Manually calibrated the Garmin watch ended up showing only 9km/hr and 9.5km/hr. Will go to running track either on Thu or Fri to do an actual distance calibration.
