Time flies. The weekend just passed so quickly. Before I realized it, it's time to wake up and to send wife to work.
Went to TTSH with some ex-colleagues to visit YF today who just came back from US last week. He was asleep and we did not wake him. He looked weak and aged. But overall facial color looked better than I anticipated.
After the visit, we went for lunch together.
Went to Running lab at Novena Square to look for running accessories. Very tempted to buy the Fluid Belt ($69), Head-band which can prevent sweat from reaching the eyes ($26), individual fingered socks ($15) and energy gel ($3.95) and compression training shorts ($123). But was cost conscious and did not buy anything at the end.
Met some ex-colleagues from R&D who have just visited YF. They mentioned that YF was able to recognise them, which is really a good sign. Will continue to pray for his speedy recovery.
Am prepared for my 16-Aug SAFRA half marathon event. Will still need to train for my 6-Dec Standard Chartered full marathon event.
